At INBOUND 2022, HubSpot introduced the era of the connected customer as well as new developments regarding its products: CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.  In this post, we will briefly summarize what we saw at the main session (Spotlight) and the new HubSpot products presented.

Yamini Rangan (CEO of HubSpot) opened the session , saying that HubSpot has been researching the top 3 pain points businesses face for the past 6 months and this is what they found.
